Returns & Exchanges. Effective Date: February, 2023 At Booster Buddy, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Upon receiving your order, please inspect your Booster Buddy for any manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects: In the unlikely event your Booster Buddy is found to have a manufacturing defect, a refund, less original shipping and handling, will be applied to the original form of payment, or if requested, an exchange item will be sent. Defective products must be returned within 21 days after receiving your unit. These items will be inspected and if found to be defective, will be eligible for a refund or replacement. Used merchandise found to be free of defects will be refused. Specifications: All specifications of the Booster Buddy are clearly detailed on our website showing the height, length and width of the unit. Please ensure your size and boat seat requirements are suitable for the Booster Buddy prior to ordering as there are no refunds or replacements if you change your mind or make a wrong decision after your product has left our warehouse. To return the merchandise, simply address the repackaged item to: Booster Buddy, 29 Curtin Avenue, Abbotsford, NSW 2046, Australia Please indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken (exchange/refund). Items must be sent prepaid. Return shipping is not reimbursable. We cannot accept any parcels freight collect or COD. Tracking and insurance are included and a signature is required on delivery. Courier shipment arrival times are approximate and may arrive earlier or later than expected. International buyers are responsible for paying any customs fees imposed. Shipping and Handling Booster Buddy reserves the right to limit quantities and / or charge actual shipping charges on bulk orders.
